2024 Season
- Uniform fittings, locations and dates TBA
- this is the only way to order and receive uniforms on time (thanks in advance for understanding)
- there will be mandatory fittings & parent meeting in mid June dates TBA soon
- please arrive on time
- bring water and towel/mat to use for stretching
- 5th week we drop down to practice T-Th games on Saturday (game times vary by divsion)
- Season runs through November not including playoffs
- Competition date will be announced later in season but is usually before Thanksgiving
- Dress Code
- athletic shorts
- t-shirt
- athletic shoes
- pony tail (no metal clips)
- no jewelry

Cheerleading conduct
- Cheer squads are representatives of Redlands Junior All American Football and as such, are expected to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner at all times. When in uniform, or on a practice or game field, the following is expected:
a. No gum chewing
b. Dress appropriately
c. No foul language
d. No excessive make-up
e. No jewelry and no body piercings
f. No food allowed on the field except at half-time breaks
g. Only squad approved cheers are allowed — no derogatory comments or cheers toward the opposite team will be tolerated
h. No acrylic nails
i. All cheerleaders must have good grades.
WE CONSIDER CHEERLEADING A SPORT SO BE READY TO CONDITION AND TRAIN JUST LIKE ANY OTHER SPORT.
