Cheerleading conduct

  • Cheer squads are representatives of Redlands Junior All American Football and as such, are expected to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner at all times. When in uniform, or on a practice or game field, the following is expected:

    a. No gum chewing
    b. Dress appropriately
    c. No foul language
    d. No excessive make-up
    e. No jewelry and no body piercings
    f. No food allowed on the field except at half-time breaks
    g. Only squad approved cheers are allowed — no derogatory comments or cheers toward the opposite team will be tolerated
    h. No acrylic nails
    i. All cheerleaders must have good grades.

WE CONSIDER CHEERLEADING A SPORT SO BE READY TO CONDITION AND TRAIN JUST LIKE ANY OTHER SPORT.
